We've been having stinging pests around our home in large numbers. All three of my children were stung under the carport in a 2-week timeframe :-/ We've cashed in on our country contract wIth NE Exterminating several times since then! Marissa has been so responsive and usually arrives within 90 minutes of us calling. Yesterday takes the cake, though-- The 'bugs' kept swarming so my wife called them again. As usual, Marissa was there quickly. In the process of inspecting the carport, she was stung. She continued spraying and began to think we had a larger problem than met the eye. So she took some photos and went back to show them to Mr. Lindley. He identified the problem as bald faced hornets and came back out to find them nesting in a piece of furniture temporarily housed out there. They fully addressed the problem and are planning to come back out again to reevaluate and ensure the solution is holding. In short- 5 stars and 2 thumbs up to Northeast Exterminating!
