“I would like to leave a review for Lauren. I scheduled an appointment to get my hair back to a more natural color (I had dyed it purple some months prior). The overall experience was amazing and I loved my hair when I left that day. After a few washes, something crazy happened to the color and when I contacted the salon, Lauren and the girls got together to figure out what happened and how to fix my color again. I was blown away in the best way by how she handled the situation. They got me back in asap to dye my hair again. She fit me into her schedule while completely accommodating mine. I once again love the color and cut of my hair. She really takes her time to listen and give you the truth about what she can accomplish that day. It was also very fun chatting with her.
