Have had neuropathy in my left arm for 2 years so bad that i couldn't feel it when i got burned. No neurologist or even my primary doctor could explain it and told me I was pretty much making it up. Dr. Leach was the first doctor to believe me and dug deeper and discovered the actual problem which was arthritis in my neck stemming from a car crash years ago. 10000/10 recommend this place! Dr. Leach and his team are the best you'll ever meet!. No idea why Yelp says they "do not recommend" these FIVE STAR reviews, but this business deserves them! Leach Chiropractic has great people with even better patient care

They staff is simply AMAZING! They can all be funny, sweet, caring & so on. They listen to you & help you the best they can! Dr. Leach is a very well educated man & I fully trust him.

Love the family atmosphere and professionalism of this place. They go out of their way and beyond to help me in my time of need. I can always count on every one to help when needed. Of all medical establishments around they are the best and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Robert A Leach, DC, MS, MCHES, Zachary B Thomas, DC, and Robert A Leach, Jr, LMT (2002) offer patient centered and evidence-informed conservative care for musculoskeletal problems to a diverse population in Starkville, Mississippi. Our practice is limited to spine, nerve, muscle, joint, and wellness care. We use diagnostic procedures and diversified chiropractic techniques and massage therapy, that includes sport massage as well as myofascial release procedures and stretching. For patients who need a lighter treatment, including children, persons with osteoporosis including the elderly and disabled, and others after moderate to severe trauma, “gentle” procedures are available, including mobilization and computer assisted adjustments.
