They did not respond back. I called at 7:00 am and I was told I would be contacted … I called back at 11:00 she said they would get back to me that they must be busy. It’s 5:30 pm and still no call back. They called back today and we’re super nice. Therefore I am editing my review.

my AC went out on Sunday afternoon. I emailed Hollis Brothers that afternoon knowing that they were closed but I wanted to try to get on the schedule as quickly as possible. I then called the first thing on Monday morning and was told it would probably be midweek before they could get to me. I understood as it was a busy time of the year but I was very pleasantly surprised when early Tuesday morning they showed up. got my AC running and I am very grateful. great job and great service!
