I've been coming to see Joe for a digital perm yearly since 2015 and am always impressed by his skill, professionalism, and kindness. It is rare these days to find someone so dedicated to their profession and takes so much pride in what they do. Previous to coming to Joe I had digital perms done at fancy salons in Asia and my outcome with Joe is much much better. My hair is very soft and hard to hold any kind of curl and my perms by Joe look good even at the one year mark with no extra work for styling on my part.
