Slept little the past few nights due to sciatic nerve pain. After one visit, my pain was relieved enough that I came home and slept for four hours restfully. I appreciate that they gave me a specific stretch to do at home to aid my recovery, in addition to the adjustments. I am confident that the adjustment schedule will get me back in good condition.
