Initially, I was hesitant to go here be ause I had a pretty bad and painful experience at the Memphis location. This was a last minute appointment i made in Southaven, and I had a fantastic experience with Micca for my Brazilian wax. She was professional, skilled, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The salon was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. I was very pleased with the results, and I will definitely be returning for future services. I highly recommend Micca for anyone looking for a top-notch waxing experience. CHALIYA…CHALIYA…CHALIYA!!!! When I tell you this young lady is the truth, I mean just that. I was hesitant to come back after my girl JASMINE left but after finding JASMINE on social media she assured me that CHALIYA was the one she was leaving me in the hands of. Oh and may I mention that CHALIYA trained under JASMINE so I should have known already she was going to be TOP TIER. CHALIYA is such a people person with a sweet caring spirit. Jazmine was such a sweetheart this was my very first time ever getting wax excuse me sugarcaned ?cause yes there is a Big Difference this is more organic and natural ? % !!! She talk the thru the entire process and made me feel more confident with myself during the process and I left out feeling sexy and confident thank you Jazmine ?
