This place is great. Jessica (dental tech) has all the right moves and the best bedside manner to make even a nervous patient feel at home and well cared for. Dr. Umpheys is also a great dentist whose been caring for me and wife's teeth for 5 years now.

A year ago I went to Dove Family Dental in Memphis. After the x-ray they game me a list of things (2 root canals & 3 cavities filled) they would have to perform on my teeth before they would whiten them. Dove told me that it would cost a little over 2k and that I only have to pay half of that out of pocket even with my Federal Employee Insurance. Of course I decided against following through with their “list of demands” and Dove NEVER even cleaned my teeth which I know was supposed to be free of charge to me. What a wonderful place, the staff is so nice. I went in to have teeth cleaned, some removed, and a partial made. They were wonderful through the whole experience. Dr. Unfress explained the entire process. It was painless and he made sure I was comfortable through the procedure. Love my new partial, and was even helped further during a follow-up. I would highly recommend this dental family for all your needs.
