Denisha, I have your customer ticket here that I saved you paid me for a pair of heels only. When I put heels on. I don’t touch any strapping at all. You are miss leading your repair. Been in business a long time. I took my dress shoe to them to have the sole repaired. If you give them a try I think you will be well pleased. They do all type of shoe repair. Once they finish repairing the shoes they will also shine them for you
