Just had our first visit here which was also my sons first ever dental appointment and he LOVED IT! As soon as we left he asked “ can we go back every day” hahaha. Everyone there was so sweet and friendly! Everything was very quick and smooth! Would definitely recommend anyone to go here and so glad we decided to go here!!
PDGO has the most caring and patient staff with our special needs son. They always take their time to let him know exactly what is happening to put him at ease. The doctors are also top notch in their knowledge and care.
Let's get right to the point. Dental hygienist Chastity. She is amazing. My son has developmental delays and he is terrified of doctors, white coats, procedures...anything doctor related. Too much medical trauma in his life. He will not and I mean WILL NOT lie flat on his back for any medical professional. He has been held down too many times in his life. Well, he walked back with Miss Chastity, got right on the table, and got right onto his back for her. Um, what?! Then she was AMAZING with him, earning his trust, going slow and gentle, talking TO HIM rather than at him or sternly commanding him or talking to us parents as if he weren't there. That's the usual.
