My technician Dakota did an outstanding job addressing all of my a/c issues. Dakota was an effective communicator throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain to me the deficiencies in my system and options for fixing them. Overall, I am very satisfied with my service from Mitch Wright and would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of an a/c repair or service.
Randy arrived on time. He surveyed my attic and hot water heater and we went to the garage to discuss all my questions. He was very well versed in the product he was recommending. I felt like he was genuinely engaged with my concerns and many questions. I explained I don’t like to finance, so he worked up a cash proposal for me. He was courteous and professional at all times. They were, very professional from the start, I'm very busy so I appreciated the promptness of their service they kept me updated from start to finish if you want to deal with a hassle free company I'd recommend them a thousand times and I've worked with other companies by far the best.
