When I say this is the worse clinic ever! I went on Saturday for my meds for my diabetes. A prior authorization was needed. No one attempted to do anything about it. I had to get the authorization started. On yesterday the insurance company asked for information and the office has not answered them yet. I spoke with the insurance and they said all the need is my A1C number. Everytime I call, the staff gets worse in worse. Like I am getting on their nerves! About to make one last call to inform them if anything happens with my health due to their lack of concern, I will be reporting them to the Mississippi state board and I will consult an attorney! I'm appalled. Today was supposed to be my follow up appointment. I called today to make sure everything was good to go before coming to my appointment. And low and behold I have a balance of 240, 75 due to be seen. Now me working in healthcare billing im confused! My plan is June to June not Jan to Jan. I specifically made my apt on Aug 25 because I was going in as my annual physical because my deductible starts over in June. My last visit was Dec!!!!! I'm livid… not because the balance but because the visits are not visits they simply talk and that's all no checking anything just ask questions.
No one seems to know anything..they keep saying they would call me about important information but no one ever does..been to the office 100 times just for 1 letter to clear me for surgery and the nurse practitioner said she was going to send over the letter it’s been over a month and still nothing I’m sooo upset I keep telling them this is holding my surgery up..the MA’s at the front desk have no knowledge of ANYTHING!!!!
