I had a great experience at Glossy Nails in Southaven! My pedicure was wonderful. My original manicure wasn't exactly what I wanted, so I called after I left. They immediately invited me back and made it right with no hesitation.
Wendy redid my nails, and I decided to go with one color instead. She did an amazing job! Lucy was also very sweet and encouraged me to let her know anytime I wasn't satisfied so they could fix it.
The customer service and hospitality were exceptional. They truly cared about making sure I left happy, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I'll definitely be back!

I went in as a first time customer and I am so happy with the service I experienced. The atmosphere was welcoming and they offered drinks and sweets throughout the entire experience. Tammy did my hands and truly listened to what I wanted and gave amazing service. Her shaping was on point! Another lady did my toes (I didn’t catch her name) but she was very sweet and found the perfect color match to match my hands.
