Really slow but understandable considering all the illnesses going around. Was not asked to fill out health information. But was given a mental wellness questionnaire to fill out while I was waiting? They automatically test for covid/flu (understandable) but anything else you need to see your primary physician. Over all the staff was ok. Not a bad experience nor a good one
I just found out I can check myself in from my phone, which expedites, staff is courteous & professional, also I love my experiences with Dr Jackie Brown, she is simply one of the best

I took my daughter to Fast Pace for upper respiratory issues. I was able to go online and select a time slot and do all my paperwork before arriving. Once we arrive to the clinic, all I had to do was check-in and wait to be call back. My daughter visit did not take long. We may have been there for less than an hour. It was our first time going to Fast Pace Urgent Care and it was quick and very efficient. The staff were very professional, friendly and did a great job working up patients in a timely manner.
