Very professional, informative, and reliable. Took no time with the rebuild of my 2019 f350 transmission once they had the go ahead from me. Will most definitely bring all my other vehicles to them when I have a problem with anything transmission or drive axle wise.
I met Jeffrey when I stopped by needing someone to inspect my vehicle, and he was incredibly helpful and extremely friendly. I decided to only go to Coleman Taylor for repairs from now on because of Jeffrey. I REALLY appreciated his help and how friendly he was, and he made me lifetime customer!!
I had my truck towed at no cost to this location. They contacted me the same day to let me know the repairs needed to my transmission and cost. They had the repairs completed in the time given on the initial call. They did an excellent job and truck drives like a brand new one. Have done business with this location in the past and am always pleased with their work. Would definitely take my vehicles there for any transmission repairs.
