My parents were interested in placing my children in Karate for discipline and self defense. I was very skeptical at 1st and nervous for my son because he has Autism and sometimes struggles with comprehending things. Fast forward, and now he is a proud green belt right along with his little sister. I couldn't be more proud of the 2!!! Mr. Blann and his wife does great with the students and I just love how well they interact with each and everyone of them. They are the best thing to ever happen to my kids!!!
This is literally the best martial arts training in the Mid-South. Not only are ALL the instructors and staff absolutely wonderful, they treat you like family. They are family owned and operated. It only took 3 years of weekly training to obtain my black belt. Jimmy and Vicki Blann are absolutely amazing, wonderful people. You can't ask for anything better. I love this dojo!
Best place ever! My brother and me started here in like 2000 stayed till like 2007 and still talk about this place and how much of an impact it's been on our athleticism and life. It's so hard to find the karate style of Shotokan in America. They truly do an amazing job and have a passion for mixed martial arts and pass that along to anyone that trains there. It's truly a family you never forget and a workout you'll never forget. BEST WORKOUT EVER! I've lived all over and never get trained as hard as I did here. Wish they would franchise all over the world!!!! This place is seriously number 1!!!!!!
