I decided to visit this location after my normal contact decided to take some time off. Upon arrival, there were quite a few ladies waiting for service. It was pretty warm inside and quiet. There was no music playing, no conversations and as a matter of fact no one greets you once inside. (Reason for the star removal) Luckily, I did not have to wait too long before being called. Ruby took care of my brows and she did a wonderful job! I have thick brows that can be a bit difficult to tame, but she handled them really well and did not thin them out or chop off the ends. Only 1 worker was friendly and the service was great. 1 of the workers needs better customer service enthusiasm. Made me feel a Lil awkward but the lady that does the wax was great
I received the Microblaiding services and I really enjoyed the experience. I was able to get my eyebrows how I wanted them! Exceptional job well done! I am receiving positive complements!
