Vic was an absolute beast with helping me to get my air conditioning fixed. He came out on September 3rd at like 5:30 pm to check and see if it was a quick repair. He spent most of the next morning trying to locate a replacement unit in the same refrigerant. He put the in a full day making sure the new equipment was working properly before leaving. When he discovered a faulty unit, he was there the next morning to replace the faulty one and fine tune the system to ensure proper operation.

Very knowledgeable and skillful, with decades of experience! He had just the right part I needed in his truck so a really quick fix. He was also very generous! Really should’ve charged me a lot more! Also, he was very friendly and a very effective communicator!

Outstanding service from start to finish. The owner was professional, personable, honest, and took the time to explain everything without any pressure. The work was excellent, the pricing was fair, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. As if that wasn’t enough, they’re also veteran-friendly and offer a military discount, which speaks volumes about their appreciation for those who have served. I highly recommend AirTek to anyone looking for a trustworthy HVAC company!
