My wife and I have been training here for the last 3 months. The instructors have been very thorough and quite knowledgeable. I have been thoroughly impressed with the depth of knowledge on display and the fact that there are quite frequently half a dozen or more black belts on the floor with the lower (Gup) ranks and most of those seem to be 4th Dan or higher master rank instructors. I have trained martial arts for the last 30 years and I find it exceedingly rare to find a school with that many experienced instructors to train with.

I highly recommend the 1 on 1 private training sessions with Master Instructor Alexander! These have allowed me to focus on technical proficiency on fundamental techniques. Also, it allows for alternate training times that work with my schedule. I cannot stress enough how much she has helped me in just a few sessions. Will be doing many more! 5 stars!!!
