I highly recommend the Trustcare located in Jackson, MS. The receptionist (which I knew her name) was extremely friendly and helpful with paperwork. NP Tackett was able to diagnose my problem and provide great assistance. I left the office feeling much better than when I arrived.

Me and several other people I know went to various Trustcare locations around Mississippi this past month because we were sick with respiratory issues. None of the Trustcare locations did a flu or covid test. I bought a home test and it was positive for covid. Why would a clinic not test a patient who is presenting with respiratory illness for flu and covid? This is a deviation from the standard of care. It makes sense why both flu and covid are so rampant right now.

My experience here was Great! The staff was very polite and friendly. Mrs. Taylor explained very clear as to what I had going on. When you are not feeling well that vibe makes you feel better! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
