An appointment made on TrustCare+ was for Dr Trim when she was NOT at the office. I was sent to UrgentCare and was promptly seen by Jenna Cole. She was through and extremely helpful. She handles every issue and question I had.

Staff was professional, knowledgeable, expedient, and had great customer service. I wasn't from the area and they originally sent my Rx to a local Walgreens but after I discovered there was a pharmacy next door, they quickly pulled my Rx from Walgreens to the other pharmacy.

Fast no wait time, love the facility they want turn you down. I like the check in process and the friendly staff.I was so glad my doctor moved to this location. I have had nothing but great experiences with Trust-Care I was reluctant at first when I visited the Clinic at the Clinton, Ms., location I was treated the same way friendly staff and excellent doctors.I was sick and I had to go to the I-55 North location just before they closed.They where nice at this location as well they didn’t turn me down and immediately took me back and I was on my way to the pharmacy within 45 minutes.Overall, this healthcare center Trust-Care has some excellent doctors, nurses and the...read full review
