It is like inviting someone to dinner and telling them they cannot have any dissert. I feel the spa is a special part of the workout and should be able to finish with my AND my invited friend.“

I'm a little particular (read bougie) when it comes to workout facilities, and this one suits me.I've only been attending for about a week or so, but what sold me were the punching bags, which give me a chance to keep up on my Muy Thai skills outside of formal training ??“
