While visiting Tower Loan on today I had the pleasure of working with Allison and Anthony. Both were kind helpful and knowledgeable. They made my experience easy and pleasant. Definitely don’t hesitate to stop by if needed. They are amazing !
Was in for business and I would like to THANK Ms. Allison for the exemplary customer service she provided . MsAllison (LSU) was VERY professional and ensure my needs were met, was specific in explanation of loan, and provide communication while awaiting approval. Mr. Joe the Manager of the store ensured that things were handled professionally and explained things of the process for the loan. My experience with TL was superb. Zoi was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I started the process the day before and she had everything ready when I arrived.
