Suzanne, the owner installed distress locks. She completed at her estimated time she quoted over the phone. She was very courteous and pleasant, I didn’t feel a thing while she was braiding, it wasn’t too tight when she was done & they are super cute waist length. Let me just say that I've been to Bb's a good number of times in the past and they have always done a good job. But today I was very pleased. I wasn't sure if they were open on Sundays or not so I called. They were not in the shop but she agreed to let me come in anyway. I got there and they did my hair in less than 2 hours. It is very neat and I immediately got compliments. The only thing I would say is that if you are tender-headed and not used to getting braids, it may be kind of difficult for you. However, I believe the pain is worth the finished product.
