The Female Answer The Phone March 19 @ 3:15 Was Very Rude, If This How It Going To Be This Company Will Not Make It, I Have Told Everyone Who I work With, And Other's I Know About This Female Who Was Very Unprofessional To Customers Who Make Her Pay Check. So Sad It Hard To Found People That Care About Their Job. This Company Must Have New Employees Because It Use To Be A nice Professional Place To Go To, The Young Ladies At The Front Desk Was Very Nice With class.

Wonderful staff and very clean office. Dr. Setzer has always been very honest and professional. He was willing to let me keep my preferred contact brand even though it is not popular. Other doctors have tried talking me into their favorite brand and don’t really listen. He was also friendly. Even followed up a couple weeks later to be sure the changes to my prescription were working for me. He will be my regular eye doctor from now on.

Attended appointment with wife, wife reported the the equipment was filthy, sink was dirty, and appeared not have been cleaned for several days. I personally noticed that the floors were filthy as well. Maybe they feel the population that they service doesn’t deserve better!
