Update: The doctor at this clinic did reach out to me and told me to contact her personally.. She let me speak with her nurse who was able to make my baby an appointment right away for Friday (2 days away) . We got there and was taken to the back pretty fast and seen by Dr Coakley (who was great with my baby) and gave him his vaccines. We will be returning. The environment was very friendly, wasn’t too packed with people . I would highly recommend Dr. Philiis Coakley at JPA.I have literally been trying to make an appointment with them for 3 months now.! The only reason I gave 3 stars is for Doctor Hudson. I loved her; however, I decided to change my daughter’s pediatrician due to the unprofessionalism of the desk staff. They made rude remarks towards me about my clothing at 2 separate appointments.Those staff members rudely advised me that I should not be wearing a crop top because I’d recently given birth and told me I was just being fast and would end up pregnant again. One lady stated that she knew that I am hurt but “this isn’t the way to do it”. Dr. Hudson and Dr. Jordan are amazing. Love them and this Clinic. They truly cares. They are booked, so try to make it to all appts. but If you call and need your child seen. They will squeeze them in that day to see someone.
