“In a day and age where customer service no longer exists, this company is the exception! I have used their services over the years, proudly! I have found them to be extremely professional, trustworthy, and reliable, with great responsiveness returning my calls and coming out to provide service quickly. As a female I’ve run into tradesmen including electricians who have chosen to be less than honest but not Mr Ronnie and his crew. The diagnosis they give I can trust to be honest and fair. Recently he was in another country on vacation on the other side of the globe- and he responded to my text for service. He arranged for his crew member, Niel, who’s also great, to provide service to me within 2 hours! Who does that??? Thank God they do!
