I had Corey drop by the house to inspect some separation along my back wall. It seemed minimal, but I wanted a professional opinion before I attempted any repair. Corey gave me a great overview of what was happening and some offered some solid recommendations without pushing products or service. I felt I could trust what he was saying without feeling like I was talking to a salesman. This approach is in short supply these days and very much appreciated. Would recommend them any day.

My initial contact with Corey Ray was in August of 2017 for a 2nd opinion for some issues on our home. We were experiencing cracking in the bricks on the outside of the house. Due to the drought we were experiencing at the time, along with the elevation deviation on our foundation being within acceptable guidelines; Mr. Ray recommended monitoring the situation for additional issues.
We followed back up with Corey in November of 2023 with additional concerns. Again, the foundation elevation met acceptable criteria. His recommendation was to continue to monitor the situation.
