Ryan was outstanding and contacted me within 1-2 minutes right after I reached out about a really nasty email hack I received over the holidays while working remotely. It really scared me so bad. We are right in the middle of an email migration coming over to BCI from Go Daddy with our email services so I reported it to both Go Daddy and BCI. I was so impressed at the quick and efficient response I got from Ryan at BCI and I never heard a word from Go Daddy. I was having a couple of issued that needed to be addressed. Jacob went above and beyond to help me today. Even though I'm pretty computer savvy, Jacob was very patient and thoroughly instructed me how to navigate the areas that I was not familiar with. I couldn't have asked for better service.
