I so wish that I could remember the guy’s name that came to our home. He was wonderful! Very personable and friendly. He told us what he was doing and was just a joy to be around.
The Technicians were awesome! Very courteous. However, they scheduled the technician to come spray a week after my inspection when I was told it would be 48hrs tops. Now I have been waiting over a month for them to come seal the entrances where the rodents are CONTINUING to enter my home. I call several times a week and just keep getting the runarounds and NO results. Now I’m having headaches cause my house smell like a rat graveyard cause they are eating the poison outside and coming in the house to die.
The technicians who did my home inspection and rodent sealing were very courteous and professional. The only item that could be improved with Terminix is the scheduling of some services. It took me several calls to get my bait stations checked, but all other services have been on time and well communicated.Services: Home inspection
