Tytil at the Quitman branch is one of a kind and very genuine and helpful. She helped me more than anything. Thank you for your customer service and for being a very respectful lady.
The staff at the Quitman, MS office was very friendly and helpful. The process went very smoothly and everything was explained well. The only reason I couldn't rate it five stars is because I had made an appointment to close the loan and when I arrived at the office I had a 45 min wait before I was taken in for the closing.
