Our AC went out late yesterday. I sent Ethan a text to schedule an appointment for today. He offered to bring window units over for the evening. He was here by 7;30 this morning. It is now 2:00 PM and I have a brand new unit installed. These guys are the absolute best ever!! They had the unit sent up from Biloxi and were here when it arrived. I 150% recommend Whitfield Heating and Air.
Excellent service from Whitfield Heating and Air! Ethan responded promptly, diagnosed the problem, and got our AC running again while the replacement part was being ordered. Even with the challenge of our attic ladder being removed, he found a way to access the attic and complete the repair.
What really stood out was the follow-up. Ethan checked in to make sure everything was still working while we waited for the part, then returned and installed it quickly at no additional charge.

I can’t say enough good things about Whitfield Heating & Air! They replaced both my inside and outside HVAC units, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Ethan was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure I understood everything throughout the process.
