After reading so many positive reviews we called Matlock to locate the source of a ceiling leak after recent storms. David happened to be near our house when we called and he arrived promptly. After inspecting the ceiling and going up on the roof, David felt the leak might have been caused by leaf accumulation, so he used our leaf blower to clear the roof! Logical troubleshooting by an experienced contractor. David told us to watch for additional leaks if the leaf removal didn’t fix the issue, plus he gave us repair and replacement options in case we need to go that route. We appreciate his honesty.
