Our a/c quit working today, late in the afternoon on one of the hottest days so far this summer. We are fairly new to this area and did not know who to call. After googling companies, I settled on Carter’s. Judging by their reviews, they have a great reputation. Their serviceman, Zack, told me it would be after 5:00 before they can get here and the after hours service charge would apply. I asked them to please come. The longer we thought about it, we decided there would not be able to repair it today, so we would just call them back and have them come in the morning. Sam was incredible helpful and not only fixed the issue with our current system but also made us aware if potential problems with our unit. Very professional, thorough and courteous. Would recommend to anyone having trouble with heating, cooling or hvac issues. 10/10Services: A/C system maintenance
