Preston was my service professional and he was absolutely professional. Did a great job on both of our units. I have used them before and every time they have treated me right and have NEVER done anything wrong. Very happy with them!!
My air went out on a Saturday morning. I called an left a message, which they returned within 15 minutes. Showed up less than three hours later and replaced the defective part within 15 minutes. Friendly and great service!
They came right away fixed the problem in a short period of time on the worst weather we could have had and till this day I pledge to build a relationship with them because they care about their community and customers and I stand behind them but don't call CHR they are opportunist
