My air went out on a Saturday morning. I called an left a message, which they returned within 15 minutes. Showed up less than three hours later and replaced the defective part within 15 minutes. Friendly and great service!
They came right away fixed the problem in a short period of time on the worst weather we could have had and till this day I pledge to build a relationship with them because they care about their community and customers and I stand behind them but don't call CHR they are opportunist
This was our 2nd time to use Allen Heat & Cooling. Preston and Matt came out on the 1st visit. These guys were both very professional and knowledgeable. They resolved the issue with our unit quickly. Matt took the time to show us things we could do ourselves to help our system perform at its optimal.Our 2nd visit was by Mitchell. Mitchell was great as well. He was a really thorough and detail oriented guy. He listened to what we were saying about our unit, asked direct questions, and then made his own checks. He found the issue and had everything on hand to fix it. If anyone ever wants my opinion on a great Heat & Cooling company, I will definitely recommend these guys.
