This company really went out of their way to help me and my husband during the winter. We had a newborn child that was FREEZING and we had no way of warming our little baby John. We called Mr.McLain on his personal cell and he came out and personally installed a heater to get us through.
McLain Plumbing is the BEST when it comes to customer service! I called on a Saturday because my AC was out and I wasn't really expecting anyone to come out until Monday and they sent an AC technician right away and they did not leave until my AC was up and working again! And the employees are so nice.
