Our air conditioner unit went out on Friday evening after closing time. I called and left message requesting a return call. 7:15 a.m. Monday morning, office called to let me know technician was on his way! Not only did he come right away, he brought possible parts that might be needed to fix it in 1 trip. He was here, had diagnosis, replaced part, and was gone in less than 30 minutes! I cannot say enough good stuff about this business!!Service: A/C system repair

I have relied on Howell's for several years to keep the central heating and cooling working in several rental properties. They understand that no air conditioning in Mississippi in the summer can be very uncomfortable and respond as quickly as possible, even after hours. The repairs are reliable and the tenants really appreciate the kindness and professionalism shown by both the owner, his wife, and the technicians.

The Howells treated me with respect and like I mattered. when it came down to finally knowing what was wrong with my AC unit they took care of me as quickly as they could. I haven't had any problems with it since.I don't know how many AC companies there are around here but I won't be using anybody but Howell's.
