We used Cooper contracting because they were referred to us as we are new to the coast and we’re looking for a dependable company. They didn’t disappoint. They were so responsive and helpful. They Came out, gave us a quote and time frame. They completed the job and it was perfect! You can see they take pride in the quality of their work! We will definitely recommend them!

Top notch job!!! One of the things that stuck out was they will not build until everything is right starting with the foundation. Done right the first time. Couldn’t be more pleased. Cleaned up after themselves and even went around with a magnet to pick up any loose screws that were dropped. Great job!!! Highly recommended.
