This company is AWESOME! They installed my Generac standby generator and were very friendly, professional, and timely! Justin is hands down the best at customer service! This company will get all my generator service and electrical business and I will be sharing my great experience with all my friends and family. I came to this company because I found a negative review on another company that I was considering hiring, and I am so glad I stumbled upon this company and decided to use them instead!

Recently I had an issue with a new whole-home Generac (22kw) Generator. I spoke to several local companies that all stated the same, sure I can fix it but can't do warranty work through Generac. Frustrated is not even the word for how I felt. I ran across Electrical Solutions & Services, Pearl MS. (ESS) and from the moment Christy took my call I knew I had found my new Generac service provider. She was helpful and reassuring then stated, my Service Mgr. Justin will contact you shortly.
