OMG Katrina was AMAZING from the 1st day I spoke with her she was reassuring and gave me information to check into and anything that she could think of that would get my return rejected and from that moment I knew she knew what she was doing. She kept in touch with me throughout the entire process letting me know what she was doing for me and going above and beyond to see if I had anything else that she could possibly use to increase my return. I am so impressed with her work and level of professionalism she really out did herself I never would have thought my refund would be as nice as it was. This was my 1st year but it most definitely is not my last. Thank you so much… read full review
