Honesty, honesty, honesty is very important in this business. I encountered lots of a/c contractor/repairman over 40 years. My businesses depended heavily on air conditioners, refrigerators and freezers. Over 90% contractors are cheating, up sale, and deliberately neglect things that ensure repeated service calls. Can’t blame them much. Each service truck company owns has to have certain amount of invoices sent out to break even, and some more for profit. Not these people! Family owned and operated, stay small low overhead, good knowledge, therefore, can afford honesty.
