open 24/7, great staff, great machines and it's all around perfect for what I need in life.
I was in Pascagoula for business for a couple of months and chose this gym because it has a heavy bag, like I use at home. I ended up loving this place. I wish I could have brought it back with me to Texas. Symone is an amazing woman. She made me feel at home from the moment I walked through the door. The boxing room is sparse, but functional with it's own kicking Bluetooth speaker so you can punch and stretch and workout to your own playlist. The equipment on the floor is clean and arranged well. It's really nice that there's a healthy juice place attached with access from inside the gym. If I ever find myself back there, I'm joining again the day I get there. No contract...read full review
I'm here from out of town for a few months, so I needed a gym close by... Specifically one with a heavy bag for boxing. This place is a gem of a gym. Everyone is friendly, there's everything you need here! They even have a new tanning room and a health drink place next door with an order window in the gym. I'm so glad I found this place AND it's flexible membership plans won't break the bank. Symone is an awesome lady and made me feel so comfortable the moment I walked in the door.
