This place was recommended to get my eyebrows threaded so I decided to give it a try. Logged on and signed up to book an appointment online and there was available slots through out the day. I end up getting there to find out the employee who threads is on vacation instead of removing the available time slots or picking up the phone to call the client to cancel the receptionist let me know she sent an email to cancel. Question: who checks their email when their appointment is in 20 mins?! Pick up the phone and call the client. Disappointed.
I booked a waxing appointment in September and had a terrible experience. At the time, I was 7 months pregnant and I was worried my skin would be too sensitive for the process. The wax felt insanely hot, the girl was pulling in all the wrong directions, she sprayed me with alcohol on raw wounds, and didn’t even finish the job. The staff is super friendly. The selections are fabulous and the Spa area is oh so tre’chic. The owner actually comes to assist you as a customer, which adds to the excellent customer service experience. The prices are incredibly reasonable. My new boutique obsession.
