Overall, Lighthouse Dental is highly recommended for their excellent service, friendly staff, and commitment to using up-to-date technology.
This visit was awesome. Staff was very pleasant and Dentist was gentle and knowledgeable. I will definitely choose this practice for all my dental care. The facility was warming and super clean.
I went in on a Monday morning and mid afternoon. I called back and talked to the receptionist thinking the doctor was gonna call me back that day when I didn’t hear from her. I called back at 4:42 and it went straight to voicemail. On Tuesday. Nobody ever called me back . I called back on Wednesday and talked to the doctor.
I want to give a huge thank you to the team at LightHouse Dental for working with my schedule and letting me come in for a filling on my only day off, especially on such short notice. The entire experience was professional, welcoming, and stress-free.
Special thanks to Gabbie at the front desk for helping make everything happen, Haley and Jessica for being so kind and attentive during my visit, and Dr. Le for doing an excellent job and making me feel comfortable throughout the procedure.
I truly appreciate the care and customer service from everyone there. Highly recommend LightHouse Dental to anyone looking for a friendly and professional dental office!
