Dr. Jessica and her dental hygienist are friendly and knowledgeable. However, the receptionist is not at all thorough in her tasks. Every. Single.Time that I have needed any kind of information either from her directly or her having to send information to a referred office elsewhere, she has continuously dropped the ball. I ALWAYS have to make unnecessary calls to confirm her accuracy. My opinion of unprofessionalism. She will be the reason for finding another dentist when all of my pending procedures are finished.
