We are new patients to Dr. Brown's office and we have been thoroughly impressed. From the moment you walk in the door, the staff is all smiles and extremely helpful. But I have to give one person more credit and that is Rebekah Cortez. She has pushed so hard to help us get the care for our daughter that she has needed. Between phone calls, emails, and personal visits, she has gone above and beyond to help our little girl. She is an amazing woman and the most caring individual I have met. She has taken time and effort most wouldn't to get things done for us. Thank you so much Rebekah and to all the staff at Dr. Brown's office that has made this experience a pleasant one.

I always have a wonderful experience every time I go in to Brown's orthodontist. It's always so nice and clean in there.Jessica always helps with anything that I need she is such a wonderful person I would recommend anybody to her and Brown's orthodontist

My appointments are always a hit or miss. Some days I get really good service and some days it’s a not so welcoming atmosphere. My biggest issue would be with the ladies who answer the phones. Very rude and passive most times. But overall the ladies and doctor know their work and they definitely get the job done.
