Shawn was great but mid haircut one of the stylist changed the tv from sports to a damn game show. First time I’ve ever been in a SPORTSclips and there not be sports on the tv and I’ve been to a lot all over the place. Can’t be sportsclips without the sports.
My experience with Tonia was fantastic. Not only did she give a great haircut with exceptional skill, she was a delight to chat with! Her energy is warm, welcoming, and refreshing. I understand now why she is the store manager. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
Shawn at the Oxford SportClips truly has the patience of a saint. We took our 2-year-old in today for a haircut, and the moment he sat in the chair he wanted absolutely nothing to do with it. Shawn stuck with us for at least 30 minutes while we gently tried different positions to help our little guy feel comfortable — we even moved from the shop to the lobby and then out to the sidewalk.
The whole time, Shawn stayed calm and reassuring, telling us it was totally fine and that we’d just take it slow and finish when our son was ready. And he did. He never rushed us, never got flustered, and somehow still gave our kid a great-looking cut.
