I have visited a chiropractic office for nearly 15 years, and many different chiropractors. They were all great and helped relieve my upper back issues, but only temporally and I was still limited in my ability to push myself when I exercise. Annalea Wood is THE “back master” of Oxford. She eats lives and breathes it. Don’t expect a back popping session as much you do an experienced, holistic doctor that will give you a very in depth understanding of your back and teach you the disciplines to enact in order to work towards the healthiest version of you.

For almost a year I have been struggling with debilitating back pain. I’ve seen my primary care physician, who treated me with anti-immflamory medications and steroid injections. After those failed he sent me to pain management, where over the course of the next 7 months I received 3 pain blocks in my spine. The last was supposed to be permanent.
