in a word "Outstanding",,, Oxford Plumbing, did a great job, something that was to be a small detail turned out to be a bigger project than expected, yet it was handled professionally and expeditiously, living out of state could draw some concerns but I was comfortable at first contact,, Oxford Plumbing is more than appreciated.

Tony responded to our water heater going out promptly and professionally. We had guests in out house for the weekend. He somehow got a unit to replace our one that had failed. He and crew then installed it in threatening weather. Very impressed.

Tony was great. He even contacted me to see if he could come earlier than originally scheduled! Work was done quickly, he explained what was used for the repairs. My wife had just had surgery and needed the use of the downstairs bathroom so we really appreciated the quick service.
